For sure it is hard to beat sipping Champagne in Paris in the springtime. After visiting France’s Champagne Region Spaswinefood spent a week in Paris. Since it is impossible to visit all the top wine bars in a week, I have decided to savor those Champagne sips at wine bars, like Ma Cave Fleury, and those wine sips during our restaurant outings. Come along with me, as we sip Champagne at Ma Cave Fleury and other French wines in Paris. For sure are the sips in Paris were Champagne Moments!

While exploring Paris our wine sips took us to Ma Cave Fleury, known for its biodynamic wine.
Ma Cave Fleury: Biodynamic Champagne
Ma Cave Fleury is a Paris wine bar serving biodynamic Champagne, just perfect for natural wine lovers. This wine bar was a recommendation from a #winelover friend from our Mosel Valley travels.

The afternoon we visited we opted to do their wine flight offering for the day.

Our Champagne tasting included the following three biodynamic wines:
1. Champagne Fleury, Blanc de Noirs NV

I like all three of the champagnes, especially their 2011 vintage. While we enjoyed sitting at a window seat, you can have a table street side, or inside the tasting room. |

Given the wine bar's location on a street known for porn and prostitutes, Ma Cave Fleury is an interesting venue in which to enjoy France's most famous luxury product. Nevertheless, this is perhaps one of the best places in Paris to taste biodynamic Champagnes made by small producers. Ma Cave Fleury is well worth a visit for those interested in exploring quality grower's champagne in Paris. During your visit you might even get to met proprietor, Morgan Fleury.
Wine Sips Continued
Whether we were hopping on and off the metro, or walking through the Latin Quarter, or Saint-Germain neighborhoods, we enjoyed those random wine moments out and about in Paris. |

There were many times when I ordered a Provence rosé wine. One of those times was at a nearby tapas and bistro, Dans Les Landes where we sat street side.

Dans Les Landes was perfect spot for street side dining near our hotel. Another evening, we popped into the nearby Café Tourn'Bride for dinner.

For sure you will find many opportunities for sipping Champagne and other wines in Paris. If you are looking for organic Champagne then it is hard to beat Ma Cave Fleury. This post is one in a series of posts on our Paris adventures. Indeed springtime is perfect for Champagne Moments in Paris. There is typically plenty of sunshine, with occasional showers in the later afternoon, or evening. If you just happen to be in Paris, and would like to take a wine tour contact Girl Meets Glass. I invite you to join me in my travels in France's Champagne Region and elsewhere at Spaswinefood.
